FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations with RSVPs will be sent at a later date in 2026. Please respond to our RSVP by June 30, 2026. Any invitations without a response by that date will be marked as a “no.” We’ll miss celebrating with you, but it’s important that we provide our vendors with an accurate guest count within their required timeframe. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive about 15–20 minutes before the ceremony so you have plenty of time to get settled and ready for a fun night! Cocktail Hour and the Reception will follow right after, all on the same property—no need to go anywhere. Outdoor music wraps up at 10:00 p.m., and Fox Hollow Farm asks that guests head out by 11:00 p.m. Please Note: Traffic can be heavy on Friday afternoons as people leave the city for the mountains, so we encourage using Waze to plan your route in advance and allowing extra travel time—commutes from Seattle may take up to an hour or more.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Cocktail / Semi-Formal Attire This includes dresses, skirts, suits, dress pants, and button-up shirts. Please keep in mind that both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so dress comfortably! Block heels are recommended, as seating for the ceremony will require walking on grass.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please note that we’re unable to accommodate plus ones unless it’s specifically indicated on your online RSVP. When you go to RSVP, you’ll see exactly how many guests are included in your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that the ceremony and reception be reserved for adults only, with the exception of family members specified by the bride and groom. Thank you so much for your understanding.
