When are RSVP's due?

Answer

We kindly ask that you have your RSVP submitted by June 30, 2025 via the QR Code included with your invitation. Any responses not submitted by the above date will be marked as "decline" to ensure we can have final numbers entered promptly. IF YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE SUBMITTING YOUR RSVP - PLEASE LET US KNOW

Can I bring a Plus One?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to keep our day intimate. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed in your invitation, stated on the backside of the RSVP card.

Why is there no registry?

Answer

While gifts are appreciated but certainly not required, we are asking that in lieu of gifts guests contribute to our honeymoon fund instead. If you still wish to bring us a card or gift there will be somewhere to leave them day of. Alternatively, E-Transfer email: Brandonstruiksma9@gmail.com will go into our shared Honeymoon Fund account.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are kindly requesting our guests dress in Semi- Formal/Cocktail attire. Dresses, skirts, or dress pants and a nice blouse for the ladies Dress pants and a collared shirt for the men Please refrain from jeans, t-shirts, leggings and casual wear.

What colours should be avoiding when choosing my outfit?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from shades of burnt orange, burgundy and khaki browns as those colours have been reserved for the wedding party. Also refrain from white, denim, animal print and neon.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony". Please refrain from having your phone out to allow our photographers to capture our day. We promise we will share photos with everyone once we get them back. Please enjoy the moment, in the moment, with us.

Cash Bar or Open Bar?

Answer

We will be having a Toonie Bar. All beverages will be $2.00, so please be sure to bring some cash with you as there is no ATM on the premises.

What time should I arrive? Is parking available?

Answer

Please arrive with enough time (10-15 minutes) to get seated and settled for our 330pm ceremony start time. There is parking available at the venue, if drinking, there is overnight parking available in the lower lot only - prompt vehicle pick up required the following morning. Please don't drink and drive - see our accommodation's tab for local taxi services.
