What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Which hotels are nearby that you recommend?

Answer

There is no wedding hotel block, but the two hotels we recommend would be either the Hampton Inn or Springhill Suites in Gainesville which are within 15 minutes away from the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire, dresses, jumpsuits, etc. no tie required and suit jackets are optional.

Where will the wedding take place (indoors or outdoors)?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place indoors, followed by cocktail hour outdoors, then reception will take place back inside of Diamond Farm venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are looking forward to celebrating this special day with you! Please note that minus the wedding party both wedding ceremony and reception are adult only events.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

On the RSVP, there is a space to list food allergies and/or dietary restrictions. Please include the person's name.

Is smoking allowed on property?

Answer

Smoking is only allowed in parking area away from the venue.
