To help make your travel planning as easy as possible, we have partnered with our amazing travel agent, Brenda Tackett. Brenda will assist guests with booking resort accommodations and airport transportation, and she will be reaching out with more information soon via email. Please do not book on your own, as we have secured a special rate through Brenda with Excellence to ensure everyone receives the best possible price. This rate is only available until March 11, 2027. Room reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. To make planning easier, payment is not due until one month before the wedding, and reservations may be canceled without penalty through March 11th, 2027. Therefore, if you have any interest in going please reserve a room ASAP through Brenda as you can cancel it prior to any payment.
