Wedding
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

There is no dress code, wear what you're comfortable in and feel fabulous in. The ceremony will be outside on a grassy area so proper foot attire is recommended.
The ceremony is located at the Spirit Garden at Prince Arthur's landing. If staying at the delta hotel there is free parking and is walking distance to the ceremony location. If staying elsewhere, there is parking at prince Arthurs' landing near the ceremony location, however it is metered parking so please ensure you have the parking passport app downloaded on your phone to avoid any last minute stress or parking tickets. The easiest way to reach the parking area is from Pearl Street, cross the train tracks, go through the round about and take the right exit to enter the parking lot. Please note that the only bathroom in close proximity to the ceremony is a porta potty but there are public indoor bathrooms available in the building next to the splash pad by the delta. Immediately after the ceremony finishes we are asking all guests stay for a few minutes so our photographer can capture a group shot.
Cocktail Hour and first dance
4:45 pm - 6:00 pm

The reception is at a second location- the Italian Cultural Centre. Plenty of parking available at the venue and approximately a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the ceremony location. There is free and plentiful parking on site.
Open bar will be available beginning at the cocktail hour and throughout the duration of the reception. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive. A free shuttle service will be available beginning at 1030pm until 1 am as well as local taxi services (Diamond and Roaches) and Uride also available. Before dinner begins the bride and groom will be joining each other on the dance floor for the couple's first dance.
Toasts and Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

A sit down dinner will begin at 6 pm followed by toasts and then the party begins!

After dinner and the toasts conclude, the dance floor will open beginning with a mother/daughter and mother/son dance. After which we welcome everyone to join us on the dance floor.
