Who is the welcome party for?

You! You are traveling to celebrate our marriage, and we want to welcome you to our special weekend. So, if you’re arriving on Friday, please join us after our rehearsal for an intimate and cozy evening with food and drinks around a fire to kick off the weekend!

How should I dress for the wedding?

We kindly ask that you dress semi-formal.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Cliffs with a cocktail hour to follow. The reception will also be held outdoors, weather permitting.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find parking and get settled in.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, Timber Rock Lodge offers a well lit and paved parking area including several handicap spaces. If needed, you can leave your vehicle overnight.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes. To get to the Cliffs, you will park in the parking lot and for anyone not comfortable walking up the wooden stairs through the woods, we will have a golf cart to take you there.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. Your invitation will state “your name and guest” if you received a plus one. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Are children allowed?

Answer

Due to limited space, we ask that only the children named on your invitation attend. If your child is not listed on the invitation and you would like to bring them, please reach out to us.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we firmly request that all phones and cameras are turned to silent/off and put away during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer capturing every moment, and it’s important to us that all our guests are fully present. After the ceremony exit, please feel free to take as many pictures/videos as you want!
