Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is dressy casual. Some outfit ideas may include khaki or lightweight slacks with a dress shirt for men and a sundress or dress pants with a blouse for women. We want you to wear whatever makes you feel the most comfortable, but don't forget your dancing shoes!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will (hopefully) be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. However, the venue does have an outdoor patio where we plan to have some outdoor games.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Because of the location of the ceremony, it is very important guests arrive before the ceremony begins. We would suggest getting there no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony start-time.

What should I do if I can not make it?

Answer

We will miss you, but totally understand! Please RSVP "no", so we are able to get an accurate count!

Can I bring a date? Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have created a guest list in order to stick to our venue's guest allowances, so we are only able to accomodate for those who are listed on the envelope of the invitation. When you search your name in the RSVP box, it will show who in your party is invited.

Will food and drinks be served during the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing dinner and drinks for our guests to enjoy.

May I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes of course! We are excited to see all of the pictures our guests take, so be sure to use our hashtag so we can see them! #HappilyeverHemsworth

Question

Where should I stay? Will there be transportation to and from the venue? Is parking available?

Answer

The wedding is in Piqua, OH, so I would suggest staying in Sidney, Troy or Piqua. There will not be shuttle services available, but we suggest checking Uber. There is plenty of parking available at the Buckeye Barn, but the cars must be gone by by midnight on the night of the wedding. The venue has warned that they will tow at owner's expense if they are not removed.
