Upgraded in-room premium liquor & wine bottle selection, private pool bar, VIP toiletries, private lounge with concierge service, private beach area, in-room Nespresso machine, daily fruit & petit fours in room, fresh flowers and sparkling wine upon arrival and more... -Finest Club - Family Club level. Same club level benefits as excellence Club, except it is for families.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?

As soon as you know you will be joining us! *Rooms often sell out in advance.* Your room reservation is 100% refundable up to 24 hours before your arrival, and it only takes $1 to reserve and secure your room now. You can make changes (at no additional cost) to your reservation up until December 2nd, 2025. Please visit the Hotel + Travel tab to get started on the booking process. *There is NO room block in place holding rooms for our group. Please do not wait to book*

LAST DAY TO BOOK?

The last day to book with the discounted rate or make any modifications to your reservation is December, 2ND 2025. Any modifications after November, 8th will cancel your current reservation and will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which are much higher.

CAN I BOOK THE NON REFUNDABLE OPTION?

Answer

Yes you can, but be advised that: (1) you will not receive any money back if you need to cancel for any reason, (2) you will not be able to modify your reservation at all (3) you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. We are asking all of our guests to use our Promo Code: ADGFEB26FPM and book the EVENTS RATE + FREE TRANSFER option because it will include free cancellation up until 24 hrs from arrival and free transportation to/from the airport. We would hate for you to lose any money if you have to cancel your stay.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

Swimwear, Sandals, Sunscreen Although the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend to bring $1 & $5 USD bills to tip the staff. *Please note that a couple of restaurants and bars at the resort require "casual elegance" attire, Lunch - Shorts, bermudas, sarongs and t-shirts are welcome. Sleeveless t-shirts (for men), tank tops, wet clothes, and swimsuits are not allowed. Footwear must be worn at all times. Dinner - Casual Elegance Ladies: Dresses, long pants, capri pants, or a skirt with a blouse Gentlemen: Long dress pants and collared shirt Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, beach sandals, and flip flops are not allowed.

DO I NEED TO TIP?

Answer

Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion!

WHICH NIGHTS IS THE GROUP DISCOUNT CODE VALID?

The group code is valid between January 31st-February 11th, 2026. Nights booked outside this timeframe will vary in price.
