FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We know it’s very last minute, but as soon as possible, and definitely before the deadline on the invitation

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Our guest list is very tight, unfortunately we will not be allowing any plus ones without an invitation.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we’d love to see the little ones, our guest list is very tight and we will not be able to accommodate more than the individual invitations.

Question

What if I RSVP’d “yes” but can’t make it?

Answer

Let the couple know ASAP. Last minute cancellations should be avoided unless it’s an emergency.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Follow the dress code on the invite. If unsure, semi-formal is a safe bet. Avoid white!

Question

Do I have to bring a gift?

Answer

It’s expected, but your presence matters most. If money is tight, a heartfelt card or small meaningful gift works.

Question

Can I send a gift after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! It’s fine to send one within two months after the wedding.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Between 1:30 pm and 2:10 pm. Preferably seated no later than 2:10

Question

Is it okay to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Discreetly, yes. But we prefer you leave it to the pros.

Question

Can I switch my assigned seat at the reception?

Answer

No, seating is planned for a reason. If there’s an issue, discreetly ask a coordinator.

Question

Is it rude to leave before the reception ends?

Answer

Try to stay through key moments like the cake cutting and first dance. If you must leave early, do so quietly.
