We have reserved a room block at the Courtyard for Thursday and Friday evening. You may book your room using the provided link or by calling 845-695-0606 ext. “0” and referencing the “Terhune Baker Wedding.” For guests staying on Thursday, August 13, the hotel will automatically adjust your room rate after our group’s cutoff date. The final discounted rates will be: $129 per night — King Room $139 per night — Double Queen Room Please note: your initial confirmation email may reflect a higher rate. The Sales Department will update your reservation to the correct discounted price and send a revised confirmation prior to your arrival. Shuttle transportation will be provided between the hotel and the venue. Shuttle times will be shared closer to the event date. Kindly book your room by Monday, June 29, 2026 to receive the discounted rate.

Newark is the closest major airport to the venue and offers the most flight options. It is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from West Hills Country Club, depending on traffic.

A smaller airport located about 25–30 minutes from West Hills Country Club. Flight options are more limited, but it is the closest airport to Middletown.
