The event is black tie optional. The event will NOT be on grass or any rough terrain.

There will be a shuttle service from the Hyatt Hotel to the venue. The shuttle pickup is at 4:30 and will be leaving at 4:45 sharp. Shuttles will start running at 10pm back to the hotel.
