FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to provide an accurate headcount for our vendors, please RSVP by Saturday, September 22nd. We hope to see you all there!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors. We know October weather is variable. We recommend dressing in layers and checking the weather a couple of days prior to ensure that you are dressed comfortably.

Question

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

Answer

Clover Forest has ample parking for our guests during the wedding and reception. However, overnight parking is prohibited. If you plan on drinking alcohol during the reception, please plan accordingly. We recommend carpooling or having a designated driver if you feel that you will not be able to drive after the reception.

Question

Will alcohol be served during the wedding reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a variety of beer, wine, cider, and signature drink selections that will be served during our reception. If you plan on drinking, please be responsible and respectful to the venue and the other guests. The roads leading to the venue are windy and can be difficult to navigate at night. Additionally, overnight parking is prohibited at the venue. Please plan accordingly. We recommend carpooling or having a designated driver if you plan on drinking at the reception. The bar will close approximately 45 minutes to an hour before the end of the reception to ensure the safety of our guests.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol to the wedding?

Answer

We are providing a variety of beer, wine, cider, and signature drink options to be served during the reception. Please do not bring your own alcohol to the wedding as it will interfere with our ABC license. If you are caught drinking your own alcohol, you will be asked to put it in your vehicle. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Please for all things holy, do not wear white, off-white, ivory, or cream. Otherwise, please dress in whatever you are comfortable with.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep the day intimate and personal, plus ones will not be provided to guests unless otherwise specified on the invitation or RSVP online form. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

If your child is invited to the wedding, his/her name will be included on your invitation. It is your choice if you would like your child/children to attend. Please be mindful that there will be alcohol served during the reception and that there are people who are expected to go hard on the dance floor. If your child is not included in the invitation, please enjoy a date night on us!

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue before or between 3:30-3:45 p.m. to secure parking and find a seat before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m sharp.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to not take pictures during the wedding ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture our day. Please enjoy an unplugged ceremony. However, guests will be encouraged to take pictures during cocktail hour and the reception. We have created a photo scavenger hunt/bingo activity for our guests to participate in during these times to help us see our day through their perspective (more information to come).
