Brandon and Rebecca first met at Mansfield University during a visit she took with her best friend, Sydney. He was captivated the very first time he saw her. They parted ways for most of the evening but found each other again by the end of the night. They sat and talked until early in the morning when Brandon kissed her. They have talked every single day since.

The friendship grew through texting and social media for the next month after they met. While Brandon went to Mansfield, Rebecca attended Shippensburg University, so they made the most of the distance between them. One weekend, on their way to the beach, Sydney made a surprise stop to Brandon’s house so he could properly ask Rebecca on a date. They began dating and nurtured their relationship—despite the distance—as they both graduated university.

Brandon planned a magical night for Rebecca at a Reading Phillies baseball game. He brought both of their families together to be a part of the celebration. She had her suspicions, but when the Kiss Cam focused on her as Brandon lowered to one knee, she proudly accepted the ring in front of her stadium audience.

Rebecca and Brandon have spent the past three years building their friendship, learning the ins and out of each other, and strengthening their relationship together. They moved several times over the years and have finally settled into a home they are making their own.
