Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Both events will be held at the Kitty Hawk Pier House. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the pier (weather permitting), followed by the reception inside the Pier House. The venue is connected to the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 5353 N Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive between 3:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to ensure ample time for seating before the procession begins promptly at 4:30 p.m. We kindly ask that guests arriving after this time wait until the cocktail hour to join the event, in order to avoid disruption.

What is the timeline for the big day?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on October 3, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres. Dinner and dessert will be served at the reception, which will conclude around 10:00 p.m.

Can I bring a guest?

While we would love to extend a plus-one invitation to all, our guest list is limited to meet venue capacity requirements. If a guest is included for you, it will be listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

We ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception. Thank you for understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the ceremony. We ask that you put away phones and cameras during this time so you can be fully present with us.

What is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 1, 2026, so we can ensure accommodations for all guests. If we have not received your response by that date, we will have to assume that you and your guest(s) will not be attending, as we are unable to accommodate late replies.
