How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP right here on our website! Just head to the RSVP tab in the menu and fill out the form by April 30, 2026. Don’t forget to let us know your meal preference and any dietary restrictions!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our guest list is limited, so we’re only able to accommodate plus-ones for those who received one on their invitation. If your invitation includes “and guest,” then we’d love for you to bring someone! Otherwise, we hope you’ll join us solo — and we promise a fun night with plenty of familiar faces.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your kids, we’ve decided to keep our wedding mostly adults-only, with the exception of a few family children. We hope this gives you a chance to let loose and enjoy the party!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please note any allergies/dietary restrictions on your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them with our caterer. While we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen, we’ll make every effort to provide a safe and suitable meal.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early to park and find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

We recommend Charlotte International Airport or Concord-Padgett Regional Airport.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Most hotels are about 20-30 minutes from the venue. There are many hotels to choose from in Monroe, Ablemarle, and Concord. Airbnbs or VRBOs are also a great option!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

At this time, we do not have any transportation set up to and from hotels to the ceremony or reception. Ride share services such as Uber and Lyft are limited, so please plan accordingly.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in the lot out front of the venue. Just so you know, the parking lot is gravel. Handicap parking is also available for guests who may need it.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, Pampered Chef, Target, and Amazon. All of these registries are linked on our wedding website under the 'Registry' tab.
