Well, I was working at the Aberdeen Pit Stop and Brandon was home from college for the summer. He was doing residential construction at the time.Brandon would come in almost every day during morning break and was always the shy quiet one. After probably two weeks of him and his work crew coming in, two of his buddies asked me for my number. I just laughed it off and told them no. Then Brandon asked and I told him to find me on Facebook. We started messaging each other instantly and we hung out for the first time, at the Brown Country Fair. It was a Tuesday and we attended the rodeo together, we were also inseparable that whole week. We started dating on Saturday, August 16th 2015, little did we know we would end up dating for 3 years.
Brandon had decided to get pictures taken for our 3 year anniversary. We decided on a fall mini session for Sunday, October 14th, at Richmond Lake. I had also decided to do family pictures the same day. Brandon asked my parents for their approval, and lined everything up with the photographer. We took family pictures at 5pm, after that we went to Anchors Away and had a drink while we waited for 6pm to take our pictures. 6pm came and we started taking our pictures. Everything had seemed just like any other day. We had probably taken 6 photos and all of a sudden, Brandon got down on one knee! I was very surprised, as I had no idea. I said yes!
