Guest rooms not confirmed at that time will be released and space will be subject to availability. This hotel will accept reservation until the room block is full or until the 09/13/2019. The dates that the rooms were booked for is 9/27-9/29. Please contact one of us if the rooms are full or if you needing to stay at the hotel for more days, We will see if we can get the rooms for the special rate. A total of 15 room have been blocked off for both days. 8 King bed with no sofa and 7 two queen beds with no sofa for both nights. The room rate is $89 per night. This rate is valid if we have at least 10 rooms reserved at this hotel. This hotel is the closest to the venue.
