Here are some favorite spots in the area!

Bozeman is located between the north and west entrances to Yellowstone! The north entrance at Gardiner, MT is about 78 miles southeast from Bozeman (1 hr 20 min drive). The west entrance is in West Yellowstone, MT which is about 91 miles southwest from Bozeman (1 hour 40 min drive). You can make a full loop from Bozeman by going through one entrance, driving through Yellowstone, and exiting out the other back to Bozeman. You don't want to miss the wildlife, active geysers, glaciers, and unique ecosystem that has made Yellowstone so famous!
