Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

No later than April 1st, 2019. When submitting your RSVP please included your arrival date, and your Hyatt hotel Confirmation number.

Question

Can guests attend the wedding if they are not staying at the Resort?

Answer

Yes, however the guest pass rate is $145 USD per non-Hotel guest attendee. Wedding day passes are effective thirty (30) minutes before the wedding ceremony scheduled time and are valid until the end of the wedding reception (up to five (5) hours from the wedding ceremony scheduled time). Wedding attendees using a wedding day pass are welcome to use any bar available during their time at the Hotel (food at restaurants excluded).

What time is check in?

Answer

The check in time is 3:00 pm. The check-out time is 11:00 am. Unless otherwise specified all rooms are guaranteed for late arrival.

Is there a block of rooms for our group?

Answer

Yes, there is a block of rooms for our wedding party, please take advantage of our group block as soon as possible. Availability is on a first come first served basis. Estimated rate is $223 (all inclusive) per adult person, per night, based on double occupancy for the Hyatt Ziva King/Dbl or Resort View King/Dbl rooms. Please feel free to stay as long as you like, however this estimate is subject to availability and based on a 3 night minimum stay starting 6/7/19 - 6/10/19. Separate rates apply for children (3-12 years), single occupancy and 3rd person occupancy. Children 3 years old and under are free. Separate rates also apply for higher room categories. After the group block is full, guests will have the option to book directly with the Hyatt hotel subject to availability. Please book directly with the Hyatt, as rooms booked through a third party will not be considered a part of our wedding group.

METHOD OF RESERVATION and Payment

Answer

Attendees shall go online and book their accommodations via the group block link provided on our website. Individuals will be prompted by the reservation system to enter their personal credit card information. Your card will not be charged at time of booking, credit card details are only to guarantee room. For questions regarding your reservation please contact the Hyatt at 1-876-618-1234. Individual attendees shall be required to secure payment of incidental expenses with a major credit card at check-in.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

Answer

Please note that late cancellations, unused rooms and no-shows will be charged a fee up to 100% of the reservation depending on the date of cancellation. Please refer to the Hyatt Ziva Rose and Playa Hotels & Resorts cancellation policy for additional details.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall welcomes all ages. Although we adore your children, the bride and groom request an adults-only ceremony & reception.

What's included in my all-inclusive package?

Answer

All drinks and meals are included. Also on-site entertainment, fitness facilities, non-motorized aquatic sports, hydrotherapy circuit, daily outdoor and indoor activities, in-suite minibar, and free wifi. Tastings, and multiple social activities are part of the all-inclusive package. Please consult the Hyatt Ziva Rose Activities page for more information.

Is money necessary for anything on property?

Answer

Upon arrival, the credit card which is attached during the check-in process is used to settle any charges during your stay, at check-out. There are currently no ATMs on property. However, Hyatt offers a cash advance service through the Front Office, with a 10% service charge.

What Travel Documentation is needed?

Answer

Please be sure to bring appropriate documentation for international travel (if applicable), including but not limited to a valid passport and a visa. For more information on documentation required for international travel, please contact the Jamaican Embassy and/or Consulate.

Are travel arrangements available for flights?

Answer

No special accommodations for flights. Please book flights separately with your desired airline.
