Due to limited numbers, children are only invited if named. The invitation will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) Family" if they are invited. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Arriving at least 15 minutes early to find a seat is suggested. Anyone who arrives at the time our ceremony starts will not be allowed to find a seat! Arrive early to enjoy the bagpiper who starts at 4:30pm!
We will have two 56 seater charter buses available for guests that wish to be transported from the hotel, to the ceremony and then to the reception and returned to the hotel. We encourage guests to include on the RSVP that they will be using the transportation included. (Even if you are not staying at the Courtyard, we encourage you to use the bus transportation) 4:15pm: Pick up at the Courtyard Marriott (Iberville Street) Ceremony + Reception 9:45pm: Return to Courtyard Marriott (Iberville Street)
