Where is the wedding?

Both the ceremony/reception will be at The Schoolhouse (1601 Chalk Hill Rd, Dallas, TX 75212).
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
In order for our ceremony to start on time, please arrive 30 minutes prior to our start time. The ceremony is to start at 4:30pm. We don’t want anyone to feel rushed and to have time to get comfortable!

We have a guest limit set by our venue, so we can only accommodate those who have been included in your RSVP.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting), and we are setting a semi-formal/cocktail attire dress code. No jeans, t-shirts or tennis shoes please! The outdoor area has grass so keep that in mind when choosing shoes. A light jacket/shawl might be wise. Ceremony will be moved to reception space in the case of bad weather.

Answer
Ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour will be from 5-6pm. After introductions, dinner will start during the reception (around 6 or 6:30pm). Send-off will be at 9:45pm.

Am I allowed to take photos/videos during your wedding?
Answer
During the ceremony, we request our guests keep their phones away. We will have a professional photographer documenting this special moment. After the ceremony please take as many pictures/videos as you want, and we hope you share them with us (we will provide a QR code you can use to upload your photos)!

What type of food will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We will have a few passed appetizers during cocktail hour, and a full meal served during the reception. Dessert will be provided as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We are not providing transportation.

Answer
We will have an open bar, and our bartenders will be accepting cash tips. Please make sure to state your beverage preference when you RSVP!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Please see Registry tab for our Zola and Amazon registries. Your presence at our celebration is enough, but if you would like to donate to our honeymoon fund, this can also be found on our Registry. We will also have a card/gift table at the reception. We appreciate you!

We will try to make updates on our homepage, but more urgent messages will be sent out over text.

What health/safety measurements will be in place?
Answer
We will continue to monitor public health/safety up to our wedding day. If you are sick, please stay home! We want all of our guests to feel safe and we will be keeping an eye on current guidance in our region.
