What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We want to make you aware that there is a Tennessee Titans football game in Nashville on our wedding date. We expect traffic in the area to be heavily congested. Please plan accordingly and allow additional travel time so you can arrive in plenty of time. Guests should plan to arrive as early as 4:30 PM and no later than 5:00 PM.

Can I bring a +1, children, or someone not listed on my invite?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We have chosen to have a small, intimate wedding with the family and friends closest to us. For this reason, only those guests specifically listed on your invite should plan to attend.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Enclosed in your invitation, there is also an RSVP card. 1) Please complete the card by indicating your name and selecting whether you will be in attendance at the wedding ceremony only, at both the ceremony and the reception, or if you cannot attend the events and need to decline. 2) Next, indicate the number of people you are RSVP'ing for. Remember, please do not add +1s or anyone not listed on your invite. 3) Select a meal choice for each person you are RSVP'ing for. 4) Lastly, place your completed RSVP card in the return envelope and mail it back to us no later than October 13, 2022.

I am under the weather but I'm pretty sure it's just allergies. Am I okay to attend?

Answer

While we would love to have you celebrate with us, we have chosen to prioritize the health and safety of all guests. For this reason, please do not attend if you are ill in any way, have flu or COVID-like symptoms, or have been recently exposed to someone who is COVID positive.
