Oaxaca is truly an amazing place to be. We feel so honored to be able to celebrate our love here. There are a few things to know when getting here.

Shocker! Uber and Lyft do not exist here. There are local taxis(the yellow ones). There are other colored taxis but the yellow ones are the ones you want to use. 

When arriving at the airport there aren't taxis allowed at the airport. I am working on arranging for someone to pick you up! But I need to know your plans so shoot me a text and I can figure it out. Sometimes hotels also can send a shuttle to the airport. Or there are shuttles at the airport that are usually around 20 bucks and can take you to the different parts of the city. 

Most places in Oaxaca do take credit cards but when using cash in places you will need pesos. I would recommend going to an ATM at a banco when in the city. Bring a little for the shuttle when you first arrive. But after the ATMs give the best exchange rates.
