There will be passed small plates and open bar so come hungry and thirsty. We have reserved the front of the restaurant as well as the outdoor patio, feel free to bring a layer if you would like to be outside, it can get chilly in the evenings.

Ceremony

We want everyone to wear what makes you feel your best. Our only ask is for y'all to be our "something blue" if you'd like to. Feel free to incorporate as much or as little blue as you would like.
Private shuttles will transport you to the ceremony site (Maroon Bells) from our reception location (Aspen Meadows Resort). Cars can be parked in the covered garage at Aspen Meadows Resort (845 Meadows Road, Aspen, Colorado) to catch the private shuttles at 2:15pm. Please arrive by 2pm at Aspen Meadows to catch the shuttle on time. If you would like to arrive earlier to Maroon Bells to have more time at the park, feel free to purchase a separate shuttle ticket at Aspen Highlands and head up there earlier in the day. We will be having the ceremony once we all arrive, planning for 3pm. This spot is a popular hiking destination with beautiful views and we will have plenty of time following the ceremony to explore and take photos, as we do not need to get to the reception until 5pm. The shuttles will leave Maroon Bells by 4:30pm to get us to the reception at Aspen Meadows Resort by 5pm.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We want everyone to wear what makes you feel your best. Our only ask is for y'all to be our "something blue" if you'd like to. Feel free to incorporate as much or as little blue as you would like.
Cocktail hour will be from 5pm to 6pm with passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a plated dinner and cake for desert. Bar will be open from 5pm to 10pm with the exception of the dinner hour, although there will be bottles of wine on tables during dinner service. ;) Aspen Meadows will have free covered parking for us to use overnight. We plan to use the shuttle service to get to bars and back to Snowmass Village and will be grabbing our cars the next day.
