When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 1, 2024 on the website.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival will begin at 10:30am. The ceremony will begin promptly at 11am.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony location will not be chosen until the week out of the wedding depending on the weather. If weather permits, the ceremony will be held outside. The reception will be held inside.

Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is not a shuttle from the airport through the hotel.

Are my children invited?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 13.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

We are anticipating spring mountain conditions. Please pack warm clothes with the option of layering!

How do we get to the mountain from the hotel?

Answer

Skier Express Hop on our ski-in/ski-out gondola for easy and direct access to Heavenly Mountain via the Stagecoach lift. This lift is not attended so you’ll receive a code to enter when you check in at the resort. Available during ski season when Heavenly Mountain is open, and Stagecoach lift is operating. Location: Between Clubhouse and Naegle building 11

Are ski and snowboard rentals available?

STAGECOACH LODGE Heavenly Sports - Stagecoach Lodge 375 Quaking Aspen Stateline, NV (775) 586-2343 Nestled high on the NV side, Stagecoach Lodge offers a complete Heavenly Sports rental, repair and retail shop.

If we are not staying at the hotel, where do we park?

Answer

Parking is complimentary for Resort guests at the Resort. Complimentary parking for all non-resort guests is available at the Stage Coach parking lot. The Resort will provide a Resort shuttle for non-resort guests from the Stage Coach parking lot to the Event location.

Is there a shuttle to the casinos?

Answer

Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino shuttle schedule is available at the Front Desk. Resort Shuttle Our shuttle is great for a trip around property. Once you walk to a shuttle stop, call ext. 6200 or (775) 580-6591 to request a ride. Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Location: View, Crest and Pointe areas
