Travel Note
For our guests traveling in, please plan on the following: Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Desert Mountain is located approximately 35–45 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft are readily available from the airport and can easily take you to your hotel. However, please note that transportation to and from Desert Mountain using Uber, Lyft, or any Rideshare app requires following these instructions. All guests are on the Desert Mountain security gate checklist, you can Uber into the wedding (although, we will provide shuttles from the hotels). However, it will be nearly impossible to Uber out or from the venue back to your hotel. The Uber drivers will likely not accept the ride, and if they do, the driver themselves are not on the security list and will not be able to get through the gates. In summary, please do not plan on being able to secure a ride out of Desert Mountain unless it is with a car you rented or on our pre-arranged shuttles back to the hotels. Ubers, Lyfts, and rideshares will be very easy to call from those hotels, once you get off the Desert Mountain property. To make things easy, we have arranged transportation to and from the wedding from our recommended hotels, which offer discounted rates for our guests: -Hampton Inn Carefree -Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains We strongly encourage guests to stay at one of these hotels to take advantage of the provided transportation and ensure a smooth experience getting to and from the celebration. However, even if you choose to stay at another location, you should be able to seamlessly catch an Uber or rideshare from the transportation drop offs at these hotels.

Hampton Inn is located in Carefree, just 10 minutes from Desert Mountain and close to a few local favorites like Giordanos, Harold's Cave Creek Corral, Keelers Steakhouse, and much more! Guests that select to stay with this hotel will receive a discounted rate.
