When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you kindly RSVP by August 11, 2026 so we are able to appropriately prepare our vendors for the number of guests to expect. You are able to RSVP here on our website through the "RSVP" tab.

We have our registries linked here on our website! We are registered through our website, Zola, as well as on Amazon.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is set to begin at 4:30 PM. We recommend you plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask that you dress to impress in cocktail/semi-formal attire.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love little ones, our venue is on a body of water. For this reason, and to allow our guests to enjoy a night out without safety concerns, we are deciding to keep our day child-free.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! We have a room block for our guests at the Holiday Inn Express nearby. Please call the hotel and inform the staff that you will be attending the Burns' wedding - please book your stay before August 20, 2026. Another option includes the Hampton Inn and Suites Lake Wales.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Our venue, Bella Cosa, has ample parking on site for guests.
