We are asking that you follow the "Elegant -Dress to Impress" dress code. Colors are warm, earthy tones like soft browns, taupes, and rich wine hues. Avoid wearing Ivory and White Thank You!
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.
It's recommended to arrive early enough for parking and to find a seat before the ceremony begins. We recommend 30-45 minutes before the Ceremony. We will begin ON TIME. The doors will LOCK @ 3:50PM, guest will not be admitted until the Ceremony is over. We would hate for anyone to miss witnessing the ceremony, so we ask please refer to your invitation specific times.
If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if guest will be admitted or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. In that case, you will still be able to attend the reception immediately following, so hang tight and we will see you there! Thank you for understanding!
We request an UNPLUGGED ceremony. This means once the Ceremony starts It is our wish that all cellphones will be silenced and put away. However cellphones will be welcomed during our photo phase and during the reception.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will take photos around the venue. Guests will be directed to the Cocktail Social Area and then the Dinning Hall for the reception.

Toasts and speeches are usually reserved for the wedding party, close family members, or designated individuals. While we would love to hear speeches from everyone we simply don't have the time.

Yes, with the exception of the ceremony. We will be having an unplugged ceremony. There will be time allotted after the ceremony for pictures and if you do decide to post on social media, please use the hashtag. #HodgeGotHerGood!
