What should I wear to the welcome party?

Answer

Summer Garden Party - think sundresses for women and pants and a shirt for men, no jacket or tie necessary! Be comfortable :)

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Black Tie Optional! Long dresses for women and suit and tie (or tuxes) for men

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the three hotels included in our room block. Buses will arrive at the hotels (Courtyard, Fairfield & Hampton Inn) at 3pm to depart for the venue. After the reception, there will be two rounds of buses to return to the hotels at 10:15pm and 12am. If you choose to stay somewhere else, you will have to find your own way there and back. Ubers are around but not as readily available so try scheduling ahead or give yourself some extra time to get a car!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes! Our entire wedding will be outside - the main reception will take place under a covered tent

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! If you drive to the venue there will be parking available
