Welcome to the most unique wedding you've ever seen! We are most definitely not an ordinary couple so why would our wedding be average?? Our wedding is not only about two people in love coming together but being connected to nature as well. We both follow very different paths in life but somehow remain connected to nature, and this is our journey to stay connected to each other as we continue to seek out our own paths in life.

Looking back, it's hard to remember exactly what we did that day. However, I do remember taking you to my favorite spot in Fayetteville, NC. It was at a small community park, by the lake tucked back away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We sat out on the fishing dock, not many other people around. We sat and talked under the starry sky. Because there weren't many lights around, we could see the stars almost clearly that night. And for it being summer, it was rather cool and not very humid. It was perfect!

It was a cool, rainy day sitting out on the covered balcony of Brian's apartment. We were by ourselves and he tried to be sneaky about the whole thing. We were talking and laughing and just being us when Brian jumps up and walks back inside, although I didn't think much of it and continued to enjoy sitting outside. He comes back and I knew something was up but didn't know what, he was trying to be cool. He grabbed my arm and pulled me up off the floor and pulled me onto his lap where he tried to slip something on my hand, but I wouldn't let him without him saying something. His words were soft, and heartfelt, and of course I said "yes"!
