It all started at a car wash, which is probably one of the last places you'd expect a love story to begin. He was actually the one to interview me for the job, and I was much more focused on him than the job. From the moment i saw him, i was already a little in love (even if i tried to play it cool). I had quit a few months later and didn't think much of anything until one day in February 2023, I was at Bdubbs with some cheer friends and was determined to find his snapchat. I looked up his phone number in my contacts from when I worked at the car wash and put it into snapchat and added him (then turned my phone on dnd because I was so nervous). He added me back and when we started talking, boy did it feel so natural. Our first time hanging out coincidentally ended up being on Valentine's day, which felt a little too perfect to be a coincidence. From then on, what grew from that was easy, natural and real. We learned each other slowly, built trust without forcing anything, and somewhere along the way, he stopped being just someone in my life and became my person. Now here we are, getting ready to start forever together -- and it still feels just as right as it did in the beginning. Everything has fallen into place in a way that is meant to be, and now we get to carry that into every lifetime of choosing each other, every single day.
