Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the isle with us!

Max Upton

Man of Honor

Max is Bridget's brother and only sibling. It began when Bridget was five and broke off the large half of a wishbone at Thanksgiving and wished for a baby brother. Growing up together they enjoyed playing various computer games with each other and took part in the usual sibling shenanigans. Now they spend time running, swimming, rock-climbing, and trying new foods together. She has been grateful to go through life with such a great friend and someone who she can always rely on.

Chris Stilwell

Best Man

Branden met Chris in 1995 when he was born. The day Chris came home for the first time, Branden quickly nicknamed him Pooh and they have been inseparable ever since. The two are known to constantly quote the same movies/shows, play video games together, and have invented several games including scramble, the tripping game, deathball, and couchbowl 2000. They are truly best friends.

Colleen Tabaka

Bridesmaid

Bridget has known Colleen since middle school - specifically since preforming in show choir together in sixth grade. In high school they became closer and decided to room with each other freshman year at Mizzou. They have been on a countless amount of adventures together and have made many memories with each other. Bridget was a part of Colleen's wedding, and now she is thankful for one of her greatest and lifelong friends to be a part of hers.

Luke Perez

Groomsman

Luke and Branden met in 3rd grade. Their moms setup a playdate for them at a Burger King and they've been friends ever since. They have spent most of their birthdays watching Joe Dirt, playing Madden, and playing football (including the alleged tripping scandal of 2003).

Emily Howald

Bridesmaid

Bridget and Emily met during their first year at Mizzou after they both joined the Alpha Chi sorority. They were friends throughout the first three years of college and became closer when they roomed together senior year. They made many fun memories their last year of college. The year after graduation they went on two trips together where they traveled across Europe and visited a wonder of the world, Machu Picchu. Bridget is so grateful to have such a wonderful lifelong friend be a part of her wedding.

Robert Martinez

Groomsman

Branden and Robby met in 3rd grade on the very first day of school. As an ice breaker, they were asked to share their name and favorite food. Branden said his favorite food was broccoli, and Robby decided he wanted to get to know him more because he just couldn't understand what kind of 8 year old would say that. They were best friends and locker partners in middle school, regularly jamming to Linkin Park and Good Charlotte.

Jake Moulton

Bridesman

Bridget first met Jake at a float trip in southern Missouri with some other medical school classmates. They became closer throughout medical school, being there for one another through through the difficulties that medical school can bring. They roomed with each other during third year and both decided to pursue emergency medicine. By great chance, they matched into the same residency program. Bridget is thankful to have formed a friendship with such a kind and fun person, and is grateful he is part of her wedding.

Holden Spurrier

Groomsman

Branden and Holden met just before 6th grade at camp eagle where they learned how to open lockers, navigate middle school, and juggle. Their friendship continued throughout the rest of their academic careers and they eventually became roomies in college, even sharing a bed briefly in grad school.
