Question
When to arrive at the mansion?
Answer
We will be working very hard to get the mansion ready to make this weekend special, we would ask that you do not arrive to the mansion sooner than 3:00pm Thursday if your flight arrives early. we will begin picking people up at around 4:30 from the airport. If your flight is arriving prior to 3:00pm please reach out to Branden or Andrew regarding transportation to the mansion.

What to pack.
Answer
- Make sure if you are in the wedding party you have all necessary wedding clothes, if you are not a Groomskeeper wedding attire is a "day on yacht", where what you would wear to a fancy beach party, nothing super formal. - As far as clothes for the rest of the weekend, we will be at the mansion so bring something comfortable, we have one outing to Disney springs so bring whatever you'd like to wear. Don't forget to bring your wedding slippers! - The mansion has a heated pool, so definitely swimsuits! - Sunscreen and all your personal toiletries, everything over 3 oz that you don't want confiscated at the airport, please give to us to drive down for you. We will not be able to return these items until after we get home the following weekend. - Bring your favorite pair of pj's for a movie night in the movie theater! - Money for Disney springs (lunch and shopping), and any alcoholic beverages OUTSIDE of the mansion, the mansion will be stocked - Light jacket, compact umbrellas if you have them

What do I need to know about wedding day?
Answer
We are getting married the morning after you arrive, that means the night you arrive will not be a late one. The hairstylist is coming at 6:00 am for those who opted to have their hair done, we will need to be out the door at 9:10 am. We will not be back to the mansion until about 5:30 pm. a lot of our day including the ceremony will be spent outdoors. Everyone will be seated during the ceremony except for the Groomskeepers.

Are we staying dressed up all day?
Answer
Bring a pair of comfortable shoes if you would like to change after the group photos. Evening toasts and dancing will be photographed and videoed, so please stay dressed up until after that.

Will there be an opportunity to give a speech?
Answer
Friday during the wedding dinner at the mansion the people of honor and brothers will be giving a toast. afterwards everyone is invited to say something if they want. But please, no pressure!

What can I expect for the weather

Average temperatures: highs of 87 lows of 70. short term afternoon thunderstorms are often a daily occurence

What about transportation?
Answer
We are renting large vans and will arrange to pick you up and drop you off at the Orlando airport. the mansion is a 35 minute drive away. if you are arriving at a time that does not work for us to be your transportation, uber and lyft are readily available. more information to come.

Will I have to grocery shop?
Answer
The kitchen will already be fully stocked when you arrive. if you have a specific dietary requirement and would like to request something specific, please let us know so we can add it to our grocery list.

What does the rest of the weekend look like?
Answer
The purpose of this elopement style wedding is to spend the weekend together. Friday will be wedding day, Saturday will be a day spent at the mansion where all meals are accounted for at the mansion, Sunday will also be at the mansion however there is an afternoon outing to Disney springs for lunch and shopping! Sunday evening, we will start to pack after dinner and check out is Monday at 10am.

We have been strongly informed that there is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
