FAQs

The Wedding Website of Brandelyn Grooms and Trevor Ross
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive at 3:30 pm to allow time to park, enter the church, and find a seat. Please be seated by 3:55 pm.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Join us for a relaxed celebration as we say 'I do'! Ladies should wear sundresses, floral dresses, nice skirts/blouses, dressy jumpsuits, wedges or boots. Gentlemen should wear Collared shirts (polos or dress shirts), chinos, nice slacks, or even clean, dark denim; jackets are optional, boots or nice casual shoes. Please avoid wearing white!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! However, if you would like to give a gift, we are registered at Target, Walmart, and Amazon. Gift cards from Lowe's, Home Depot, T.J. Maxx/Marshalls, and Hobby Lobby would be greatly appreciated also.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1, 2026. Due to venue and catering requirements, and every seat being so special to us, we ask that you please let us know if you can attend. We understand if you cannot attend, but we need to know so all seats can be filled. Anyone who has not responded by July 1, 2026, will unfortunately not be able to attend; your seat will be filled by someone else.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, we love your little ones! We will include all children invited on your invitation. Our only ask is if your child is crying or getting upset during our ceremony, please take them out to the foyer. Please make sure all children are supervised at all times. We are responsible if anything is broken or damaged.

Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If your significant other is named on your invitation and your online RSVP, yes. If you do not see them named, we appreciate your understanding of our venue's capacity restrictions. It was a tough decision, and we generally used whether you're currently married/engaged, or have been in a relationship since the time of our engagement, as guidance.

Question

What if I RSVP'd but can no longer attend?

Answer

Oh no! We understand emergencies happen or other obligations arise. Please let us know as soon as you find out that you cannot make it, so we can allow time to fill all of our seats.

Question

What to know about the venue

Answer

The cell service close to the church is not very good, so we suggest turning on directions on your phone as soon as you leave your previous destination. We will have signs and balloons near the church. No smoking/vaping, no tobacco or alcohol allowed on premises. No pets allowed.

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

No, there will not be a DJ or dancing. There will be other fun activities, and we would like to have dinner and fellowship with our closest friends and family! Please take plenty of photos after the ceremony for us to remember our special day!
