Due to this being a private special moment for the Bride and Groom, Plus Ones are Invite Only. There will also be No Children Allowed unless part of the wedding, children of those in the Wedding Party, and immediate families of the Bride and Groom. We hope that you are able to still attend! We ask that you arrive at your earliest convenience so that you will have enough time for parking and able to enjoy the scenery before the festivities begin! Please try to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony starting.

#During this time, we are asking the guests to please find their seating table and enjoy mingling with our new in-laws and close friends during the time of the Wedding Party, taking pictures. Don’t forget to sign the Guest Book, stop by the bar for a refresher! Cocktail Hour Menu: Venison slider, Rainier cherry preserve, smoked gouda, arugula Gambas al ajillo, shrimp with toasted garlic, chili, parsley Tomato soup shots,with mini grilled cheese sandwiches

5:45 PM – Grand Entrance & First Dance We make our joyful entrance as a married couple and share our first dance as newlyweds. 6:00 PM – Dinner is Served A lovingly crafted meal is shared as laughter and stories begin to fill the room. 7:00 PM – Toasts & Speeches Loved ones raise a glass and share words that will stay in our hearts for years to come. 7:45 PM – Parent Dances A tribute to those who helped us become who we are, with special dances for the parents. As well as special dances with our girls 8:00 PM – Dance Floor Opens The celebration truly begins! Join us on the dance floor as the night comes alive. 9:00 PM – Cake Cutting & Dessert Sweet moments shared — a slice of cake, a clink of champagne, and a whole lot of love. 9:30 PM – Late-Night Bites (Optional) A little something savory to refuel and keep the party going. 10:00/10:30 PM – Farewell & Grand Exit The final chapter of the night — a sparkler send-off or quiet goodbye as we begin our new journey.
