Travel Note
We want to make sure your travel to Oahu and around the island is as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about getting around Oahu during your stay, especially on the way to our wedding at Kualoa Ranch! Getting Around Oahu: Taxis & Ride Shares: Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available across the island, including to and from Kualoa Ranch. The ride from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch is about 45 minutes, so we recommend booking your ride in advance for the best availability. Car Rentals: Renting a car is a fantastic way to explore Oahu at your own pace. Rental agencies are available at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), and there’s free parking at Kualoa Ranch. If you’re planning to explore Oahu beyond the wedding, a rental car will also give you the flexibility to visit beautiful spots like North Shore, Lanikai Beach, and Pearl Harbor. Biking & Walking: For those staying in Waikiki, many parts of the area are walkable or bike-friendly. However, since Kualoa Ranch is on the east coast of Oahu, we recommend taking other transportation options for the wedding day. Wedding Day Transportation: We recommend taking a taxi, rideshare, or rent a car for the day. The scenic drive to Kualoa Ranch offers breathtaking views, so enjoy the journey!
