When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than May 11, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM so please arrive by 4:45 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are recommending cocktail attire but there is no formal dress code. The ceremony and part of the reception will be held on grass so please choose footwear accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately we cannot host any additional guests that didn’t receive a formal invitation.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kiddos, this is an adult-only event. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be food and drinks served?

Yes, we will be proving a buffet-style dinner and there will be a cash bar.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will have gluten free and vegetarian options available. If you have any additional dietary restrictions, please reach out to Kalie and/or Brandan directly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have a hotel room block at the Colonial in Gardner, MA. Please navigate to the “Travel” page for information on how to book the room.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available at Hidden Hills Estates.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are offering a bus to and from the Colonial Hotel. The bus will be picking up guests at 4:00 pm to bring to Hidden Hills and there will be one shuttle run at 9:30 pm and the final at 11:00 pm back to the Colonial.
