Please arrive at Southern Oaks between 4:30pm and 4:45pm CT to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 5:00pm.
Once you drive through the entrance gate, you will drive straight back and my park anywhere in the lot. We recommend you carpool with family if at all possible to allow ample room for all guests in attendance!
We kindly request that you wear Formal Attire Only to our event. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. Please, no khakis or jeans. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style! Please note that our Wedding Colors are the following, so we ask that you refrain from wearing shades of these to allow our special participants their moment to shine: White, Orange, Blue, Teal, Burgundy, and Brown.
We love children, but due to the nature of our event, we’ve decided to host an adults-only wedding. We hope you understand this decision and that it allows all guests to fully enjoy the celebration. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to celebrating with you!
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away for our Unplugged Ceremony! We will share our Wedding Photos with everyone as soon as we have them!
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within our chosen capacity, we ask that only invited guests and invited plus ones attend our Ceremony and Reception festivities. You’ll find the details of your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation and RSVP on the website. We truly appreciate your understanding.
