Question

How long will the brides be staying?

Answer

We’ll be in Cabo from Saturday, February 20th through Saturday, February 27th, and would love for anyone who can to join us for the week. There’s no requirement to stay the entire time, so feel free to book the dates that work best for your schedule. Whether you’re there for a few nights or the full week, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

When do I need to book my room?

Answer

You can book your room as soon as you're ready! Reservations can be held with a one-night deposit, and you’ll also have the option to pay toward your stay over time leading up to the wedding. Our room block must be finalized by October 1st, so that is the latest date to book in order to receive the guaranteed group rate. We recommend booking earlier if you can so you can lock in your room and be part of the wedding group.

Question

What is included with the room block?

Answer

Booking through our room block at the resort helps keep our wedding guests together in the same area of the property, making it easy to run into each other, grab a margarita, and get to wedding events. Guests who book within the room block will also receive 20% off tee times and spa services, perfect for squeezing in some golf, relaxation, or pre-wedding pampering while you’re in Cabo. We strongly encourage using the room block so you’re close to the action and can take advantage of these exclusive perks.

Question

What does my all inclusive plan cover?

Answer

Your all-inclusive stay covers your accommodations at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach plus unlimited food and drinks throughout the resort. This includes meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and access to the resort’s pools, beach areas, fitness center, and daily activities. The only additional costs you may see are for optional extras like spa treatments, golf, off-property excursions, or premium experiences and restaurants. Otherwise, once you’re on the resort property, most everything you’ll need is already taken care of.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

The resort is family friendly! We’re still finalizing all of the logistics. As of now we are asking for families to cover the per child event (ceremony/reception) costs required by the resort. But we can follow up once everything is set.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space, only guests listed on the invite are included.

Question

What type of weather should I expect?

Answer

Highs near 75-80°F and lows around 60-65°F. It can be breezy during the day and evenings so recommend carrying a light jacket.

Question

Is the beach swimmable?

Answer

The beach at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is not swimmable due to strong currents, but complimentary shuttles are available to Pueblo Bonito Rose or Blanco on Medano Beach, where the water is calm and swimmable.

Question

Will I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport book is required for adults and kids of all ages. A passport card will NOT be accepted for international air travel. Please make sure your passport book is current and valid for your entire trip. If you need to apply or renew, we recommend doing so as soon as possible as processing times can take several weeks.

Question

What are the tipping recommendations at the resort?

Answer

U.S. dollars are widely accepted throughout Cabo, including at the resort, bars, restaurants, housekeeping, transportation, and excursions. Most guests find it easiest to bring small U.S. bills for tipping during the trip. While tipping is always optional, it is customary and very appreciated at the resort. We recommend bringing a mix of $1s, $5s, and $10s for convenience. A few common examples: * Housekeeping: a few dollars per day * Bartenders & servers: $1–$2 per drink or round * Bell staff: a few dollars per bag * Excursion staff/drivers: based on service and activity length

Question

Is the water safe to drink?

Answer

The resort provides bottled and filtered water throughout the property, and we recommend sticking to bottled water during your trip. Most guests have no issues, but travel in general, can sometimes upset stomachs a bit. It’s never a bad idea to pack a few basics like Pepto-Bismol, Imodium, electrolytes, or any stomach remedies you normally use when traveling.
