Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love families! The Friends and Family Mingle is a kid-friendly events. However, due to wedding and reception limitations, off site childcare will be provided for children 12 and under traveling with their parents. Teenagers (13+), as specified on the invitation, are welcome to attend the wedding/reception. Please RSVP for childcare with your wedding RSVP.

The welcome events are downtown with plenty of free street parking. The Wedding on Sunday will have valet parking for those driving themselves and a trolley transporting those staying at a downtown hotel who requested transportation.

Question

Answer

For those staying downtown we will provide shuttle service to the Wedding. Transportation leaves from The Tulsa Club Hotel at 2:45pm for those that have requested it.

Question

Are allergies accommodated at the reception?

Answer

All items will be gluten free and peanut free. Vegetarian options will also be available. Please let us know of any serious allergies on your RSVP.

Question

Will there be an open bar at the reception?

Answer

We will have a mimosa bar where you can mix and match your favorite juices with champagne (or just drink it straight up)! We will also provide non-alcoholic sparkling cider, along with your common beverages, for our guests who do not drink.

Question

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for! If you are feeling extra generous, please consider giving to one of our cash funds on our registry.

Question

How will I find the venue?

Answer

A note about finding our venue, Bella Donna: It is a bit of a hidden gem and easy to miss even when you’ve been there before. Once you are on N 193rd E Avenue (the road after exiting I44), please keep an eye out for the white balloons (~1.5 miles from the exit) on a set-back-from-the-road gate on the left just after going over a small bridge. It is a steep road at a 30 degree angle to N 193rd E Avenue. The venue is at the top of the hill.
