What is the elevation of the venue?

Answer

Lyons, CO sits at approximately 5,341 ft. Make sure to drink lots of water through out your stay to avoid any elevation sickness.

How long is the event?

Answer

The event starts promptly at 4:00pm, and must be concluded at 10pm. See schedule tab for further info.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, the reception will be tented. Everything will be within walking distance.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire - Balance elegance and comfort, keeping the outdoor setting in mind. For women: -Opt for a cocktail dress or a formal jumpsuit. A midi or maxi dress in a floral print is encouraged. -Wedges, chunky heels, or dress flats are recommended due to walking on grass. For men: -Wear dress pants with a button-up dress shirt; a tie is optional, but floral patterns are encouraged. -Opt for dress shoes or loafers, avoiding jeans, flip-flops, or polo shirts. Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate unplanned guests that are not listed on your invitation. If you’re unsure, please contact the Bride or Groom directly.

For any children not listed on your invitation, please confirm with the Bride or Groom directly.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available, but Uber or Taxi highly encouraged for offsite guests.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an unplugged and phone free ceremony. Don’t worry about taking photos, we have people for that! Cell phones are permitted following the ceremony.

What food options are available?

Answer

We will be having a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres followed by a catered dinner provided by The Blonde and The Butcher. Each guest will have the option of a meat or vegetarian entrée. Please make sure to communicate any dietary restrictions to the Bride or Groom ASAP.

Is there an after party?

Answer

We have not planned any after party activities - guests may continue private gatherings in their accommodations. *Please note: due to local ordinances and lodge policies, Quite Hours are strictly enforced beginning at 11:00pm. Guests are welcome to Uber/Taxi to Boulder.
