This love story started about 7 years ago! Neither one of us really knew about each other or met before, but that all changed on a friday night ! The two of us ended up at a bonfire at a mutual friends house with a lot people. We both were enjoying the night not even noticing each other, but out of nowhere I caught of glimpse of Dan and that’s all it took. I kept trying to talk to him and he was so shy! Of course I had to make the first move and gave him my number, the rest is history !

Never in a million years did I think Dan could pull off such a romantic proposal! I was hoping he was going to propose around Christmas and had a feeling he was going to. Little did I know, but on Christmas day, Dan showed my parents the ring! I had a feeling that he was going to propose one night that our friends were over, but it didn’t happen. A few days later on New Years day, we planned on meeting those same friends again to go up to the barn. Dan was pacing back and fourth waiting for me to get ready, and when I came out wearing his jacket, he turned me around and told me to put on something pretty ! I knew something might be up when he said that. We ended up being late! When we showed up I started walking up ahead of Dan and he stopped me and ran right past me. A few steps later, I hear my favorite Luke Combs song playing.. then i turn the corner of the barn and I see Dan getting on one knee, beautiful lights that said “Marry Me”, and our best friends. I was shocked, crying, and couldnt stop saying yes!
