Plan for Delays!!

Answer

Give yourself extra time to get to the venue, especially if snow or ice is expected on the roads. We will have a shuttle bus for out-of-town guests - let me know if you want to join!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 3:00 to allow time for parking, entering the venure, finding a seat and grabbing a drink. No late entries will be permitted.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made to to "[Parents Name] & Family" if your children have been invited. "[Mr & Mrs] if only you and your spouse have been invited. Please use this as a date night for the both of you! Please let me know if you have questions

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy the ceremony without the use of phones. We have hired a great photographer to capture all the moments, so please keep your phones in your pcket or purse for this part of the wedding. After the ceremony, we would love for you to take and share your photos. Thank you for understanding

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

There is none, but please look presentable & warm. (For out-of-towners, wear your best Montanan outfit!) The ceremony is planned for outside, so bring a coat! Reception and dinner will be inside.
