There is an option to include a shuttle pick up from the airport at your flights arrival and departure time, when you make your booking. They will request your flight information so the Hotel knows when you arrive and depart.
We will be providing guest transportation on the day of the wedding. Our ceremony and reception will take place about 25 to 30 minutes away from the hotel where we reserved our room block and where most guests will be staying. Please note that there will be a specific time to be down in the lobby to be picked up. If you are not able or want to get your own transportation, the hotel will be more than willing to get a taxi service set up.
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, there are a multitude of hotels and Airbnb's surrounding the Cancun International Airport and Playa Del Carmen.
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from CUN via taxi, or via the hotel shuttle. The shuttle can be added to your booking when you call the hotel to reserve your rooms.
Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate. Kindly choose wedding attire in any shade of black.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 15 on our wedding day.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
