Hotel
We have reserved a room block for our guests at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown/Brickell for the weekend. The hotel is centrally located and will be the main hub for the weekend—transportation to Saturday’s celebration will be provided from here, making it the most convenient option for getting to and from the festivities. Please note: The last day to book within our block is September 9, 2026. Discounted overnight parking is also available at the hotel.
Travel Note
If you prefer to stay elsewhere, we recommend looking in the Coral Gables or Downtown/Brickell areas, which are both convenient to the weekend’s events. That said, we do encourage staying at the hotel block if possible, as it will make transportation and coordination throughout the weekend much easier. Flight
We recommend flying into Miami International Airport (MIA) for the weekend, as it is just a short drive from Downtown Miami. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is also an option, though it is approximately a 30-minute drive north (with no traffic).
Shuttle
