FAQs

Question

Has anything changed due to Covid-19?

Answer

We have decided to change our reception venue to Allenbrooke Farms. Due to capacity restraints, we have dramatically cut our guest list. This will help all attendees keep social distance where you feel necessary. Many precautions are being made for the event. The Farms will be doing temperature checks upon arrival, sanitizing stations will be set in place, and there is ample outdoor space if you need a break from being inside the barn.

Question

What is required by guests to stay within COVID 19 guidelines?

Answer

Please bring a mask for the ceremony. You will need a mask to enter the church, once seated you may remove the covering. Extra masks will be available, if needed. You should also bring your mask to the reception upon arrival. However, it is not required during the event.

Question

I am not sure if I can commit/RSVP before the May 31st deadline but I would like to come. What should I do?

Answer

We understand that the RSVP deadline may be difficult to meet due to Covid-19 or other unforeseen circumstances. As of right August 15th, the guest list is set and your current RSVP is what we are taking note of. If you have concerns feel free to contact us, we will not hold it against you if you decide to change your RSVP.

Question

I would prefer to sit with other people who will be wearing masks for the entire event, what can you do?

Answer

Please txt Regan Sheen @ 615-681-8761. Please let us know ASAP. If there are certain people you’d feel more comfortable sitting with I will do my best to accommodate!! There will be 10 people per table.

Question

What do I do if I have a strict diet or allergy?

Answer

Please let us know during the RSVP process if you have any concerns about food, or if you would prefer a vegetarian meal. If something went wrong or you missed this part of the RSVP process you can contact Regan or Brady via email (bradyn76@gmail.com or r.sheen1997@gmail.com)

Question

How do I know which hotel will be best for me?

Answer

We have three hotel options. Two hotel options are essentially in downtown Nashville. The Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn will be great choices for guests who want to fully experience Nashville, walk around, and be close to the reception. These hotels are also closer to the Sheen family. The Drury Hotel located in Franklin is closer to the wedding ceremony and is more affordable because it is not located in downtown Nashville. Although the Drury is more affordable the quality is just as high if not better and includes a hot breakfast, light appetizers in the evenings, and two free drinks (yes alcohol included!!). This hotel is closer to the Naumovski family. Due to the reception change, we recommend staying at the Drury. It is 10mins from the ceremony and 25 from the reception. We will be staying here all weekend as well.

Question

What hotel are the bride and groom staying at?

Answer

Drury Hotel in Franklin

Question

What about catering, are they being careful because of COVID 19?

Answer

Yes! Your plate will be at your seat, silverware is bagged, and the caterers will be serving you from a buffet line. All precautions for safety are being preformed. Please do not use the same plate or cup when getting second servings.
