Glacier National Park
Check the website for what is still open. For example: you may not be able to drive the Sun Road, but it may be open to bikes!
Polebridge Mercantile & Bakery
Usually open until Halloween, check before you make the trip. The drive up there is on a dirt road and offers some amazing mountain views! There is a restaurant, bakery and playground onsite in addition to rentable cabins.

Check their hours. Sometimes they stay open after Labor Day!

Rent a Forest Service Cabin
If you have some extra time and have room for a few camping items in your bags/vehicle, we recommend snagging a reservation at a forest service cabin. It a rustic option that puts the best of Montana's natural environment at your doorstep!
