Sean hosted a party, but he almost cancelled it. Ally was invited to this party, but almost didn't go. Thanks to the persistence of best man, Dan Brady, Sean hosted and Ally showed up. That night, we were the last two awake, and we sat and talked until 5 AM. We talked about everything from our families, our passions, and our favorite TV shows. The rest, as they say, is history.
In July of 2020, Sean suggested that we start having dinner every Monday night at a restaurant called Brick and Beam. Little did I know, this was all a part of the plan. Several Monday's flew by, and we headed out for dinner on a Monday night in mid-November. Sean barely ate, and I kept asking him if he was okay. I really had NO IDEA. After our main course, our favorite song came over the loud speaker. I said, "This is weird...I've never heard this in public before". To which Sean replied, "Oh, this is on the radio all the time". About 30 seconds after he said that, our waitress placed a chocolate cake in front of me with the words "Will You Marry Me?" written in icing. Sean then got down on one knee and popped the question!
Almost 5 years after our meeting, we are SO EXCITED to get married and share this celebration with all of you. We are looking forward to a day filled with love, and to a lifetime full of happiness!
