The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes early. We understand it may be warm, so please feel free to head inside and stay cool while you wait for the ceremony to begin.
The GreenTree Inn and Suites in Florence offers a shuttle service that will depart the hotel at the top of the hour and every 20 minutes beginning 2 hours before the ceremony. The shuttle will be available throughout the wedding night and will return the entire group back to the hotel at no charge.
If you’ve already RSVP'd but later find you’re unable to make it, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know at least 3 weeks in advance. This will help us make any necessary adjustments as we have to give a final guest count 21 days prior to the event.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, so please be prepared for warm weather. The rest of the evening’s festivities will be held indoors where it will be cooler.
Yes, there will be parking available at the wedding! Guests will have access to on-site parking at the venue, so no need to worry about finding a spot. Just arrive ready to celebrate!
