Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of children in the immediate family. We appreciate your understanding.

Our dress code is Formal / Black Tie Optional. Suits are perfectly appropriate. For dresses, long gowns, formal midi dresses, or dressy cocktail attire all fit beautifully.

Although we'd love to accommodate all family and friends, our venue has a capacity limit. Your formal invitation will detail who is included in your invitation. We kindly ask that only those listed attend.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive at the latest time of 4:15 to ensure a timely and smooth start to the ceremony.

For those planning to drive to our wedding, the closest parking options are: Block 19 Municipal Parking Ramp, 9th Street Lot and Town Square Parking Ramp. All three options are within a half mile of the venue.

Our reception will end promptly at 11 pm.

Due to the distance of the hotel to the venue location, there is no shuttle available. We'd encourage guests to ride share or walk to the venue.

We kindly ask that guests put away phones and cameras during our wedding ceremony. Our wonderful photographer, Vanessa, will be there to capture everything. Once the ceremony concludes, you’re more than welcome to take photos and videos as you wish.
